October

The first day of October!

We've had a few nights of frost and the trees seemed to change color within a matter of days.

One day last week, I was driving to work and thinking about how everything was still completely green. And just a few days later, the trees exploded in red and orange and yellow.

It makes me want to make pumpkin pie and drink warm apple cider. I want to make a blanket fort and curl up in it to read a good book and listen to Lisa Hannigan. I want to wear boots and scarves and go to the Metroparks and stomp through fallen leaves.

All things that will probably happen this month. 

Fall in Cleveland is perfect. It's my favorite season to live here.
