How cool would it be to have horse-drawn carriages in Cleveland?

Can you imagine walking around the square and hearing the clip-clop of horses hooves? Or being downtown on a chilly winter night and taking a horse-drawn carriage ride while snow flakes fall around you?

I think that Cleveland might need to make this a reality.
